Buffet : 15.99 per person

Buffet has lots of variety, as it comes with 1 small pasta and 3 small entree trays.  Most customers pick buffet for luncheons or smaller events.

Smorgasbord 18.99 per person:

Smorgasbord subs 4 small trays for 3 large trays, with 1 large pasta and 2 large entree trays.  Most customers pick smorgasbord either for a dinner service or for a large and hungry crowd.
